WebRD Gateway uses the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) over HTTPS to establish an encrypted connection between remote users and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances running Microsoft Windows, without a virtual private network (VPN). WebDon't use Remote Desktop Connection ( mstsc) to connect, instead, search for "RemoteApp" on your computer and add your DNS route as the connection URL here: Worst case, simply open that URL up in your web browser and append /rdweb and it should show you the login page (if you've enabled it in RDG).
