There is a tiny cluster of spirit energy, but this respawns and is slightly to the right of the shown location on the map.

The Wellspring locked at 96 percent after all collectibles found.

There are a couple places where you can easily miss a path and it will show on your map as slightly greyed out. True, easiest way is to zoom map in and follow the white outlines, if some of them seem too transparent then it might be a place that you missed.

The Spike passed through the barrier and destroyed the corruption. Now I'm stuck on the other side after the cutscene. I can send a screenshot of the issue.
