Web2 de jul. de 2012 · High biting points on any car are useless. You want a biting point to be 2 to 3 inches from the top and not nearly level with the brake pedal. Anyway it seems apparent that Peugeot and Citroen both have high to almost no point at which they bite . I myself would modify this as an engineer. WebBiting point for clutch is too high. Hi all 👋. I asked the maintenance guy and they told me that the clutch is fine. However, the biting point is somewhere between 3/4 and 4/4 of fully released clutch.

Web14 de fev. de 2008 · I just got a MK4 1.4CL as my first car and love it. High bite point is an issue with mine (S-reg '98) as well, have to lift leg right up (Not ideal for a new driver!).
