WebJust got refurbed Dell Precision Tower 3420. Came with 500GB drive, no OS. I put an NVMe SSD drive (C:) in as a boot device and a 4TB spinning disk in for storage. Windows 10 installed fine on C: and boots fine and seems tots normal. What I can't get to happen so far is for either the BIOS or (obviously) Windows to recognize the drive. WebJun 5, 2016 · 1.
