But granting Killers a Quitter bonus...is just rubbish! This will make them to camp even more just to get that sweet extra point. However, every three or so games, I see one person DC early so they don't lose their items. This is, frankly, bullshit. If you disconnect from the match, you should lose your item, period. However, when the killer disconnect because he is losing and/or getting outplayed the survivor does not get any quitter bonus. It's that those offerings are already applied to the match. Hook/chest spawns have already happened, the map is already chosen, survivor spawn points already used, BP bonus calculations are happening, and fog level is already set.
